These are our favorite FoCo breakfast spots:

All of these restaurants serve excellent breakfast and brunch.

The Silver Grill is a throwback restaurant to an earlier time. We love this place. They serve all of the traditional breakfast fare as well as some unique creations. They are famous for their cinnamon rolls and I highly recommend getting the toast that they make from a sliced cinnamon roll. With some butter it is a decadent treat.

When you walk in you will have a view through to a counter area. If there are any seats and you want some good entertainment, go sit there. On a busy morning it is a real delight to watch the staff put out the food.

Lucille’s Creole Cafe is pretty much everybody’s top choice for breakfast in Fort Collins (everybody being the locals). It is located in an old Victorian home and has that ‘neighborhood’ charm to it. Great food, great service. You can’t go wrong here.

Snooze is a cool place with more eclectic breakfast fare. For me it has that ‘modern hippy’ vibe to it. In their own words “Most breakfast and brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee, and a big ol’ griddle. At Snooze we’ve found that scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped. We call it breakfast, but different!” This is an entertaining restaurant in the heart of Old Town with terrific food.

La Creperie & French Bakery is an un-assuming place off of South College. Don’t let that put you off. They have great bakery items and good breakfasts. In their own words, “As a unique provider of French cuisine and French bakery in Fort Collins, you are sure to enjoy the great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious crepes and pastries.”

Rise! A Breakfast Place has become my go to breakfast place. It’s the closest to our house of all restaurants listed. Parking is easy. The food and service are great. It is located in a shopping area at the corner of LeMay and Drake. I would say that is has that neighborhood restaurant vibe to it. They are very popular here in Fort Collins, something of a locals secret. Another positive to Rise is that it isn’t generally a noisy place.
