We stayed at this home for a month while we were in transition and we’re so sad to leave! It has everything you need in a great location, and the house is nice and clean, but very comfortable and cozy. FoCo’s 5-star treasure
Absolutely perfect, top to bottom. We were in town to visit our daughter at CSU, bringing our small dogs with us. The house is adorable and filled with art, and every amenity you could possibly need. The fenced yard is well kept and very safe for dogs. The Fall weather was perfect for sitting outside, enjoying the deck. A very nice grill is also available. Location is amazing- quiet neighborhood, and still a short walk/bike/scooter ride to campus or even Old Town. The hosts were exceptional, very communicative and available for any questions. Quiet, clean, convenient and comfortable.
Rosemary is a fantastic, very friendly and responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy, centrally-located home in a very quiet neighborhood. We like to cook our dinner meals rather than dining out. The updated kitchen was well-equipped for making anything we desired. This home has convenient access to I-25, College Ave and the Spring Creek Trail. For entertainment, there is a good DVD assortment and many interesting books. We were able to park our Subaru Forester in the small garage, which was really nice given the snow and cold weather. While this may be an older house, it functions as a newer one while maintaining the charm. We look forward to returning soon. (Kathleen P., February 2021)
Repeat visit was super!
We lived at this welcoming home for almost three weeks. My father and I love it. We had been here before and I was delighted to find it was available for our dates. The positive reviews that have been made are true. Rosemary is fantastic! She is thoughtful, helpful and responds quickly to messages.
The house is located near a wonderful trail and the beautiful CSU garden was a favorite walking destination for my dad. During cool weather, the front porch and patio were delightful. Morning coffee and brunch on the patio were great and a little cottontail rabbit occasionally hopped around the grass, A drink on the porch was enjoyable as we watched people walking by and waved at the ones we recognized over time. During hot weather, the air conditioning worked great although the house seemed to stay pretty cool on its own.
All of the information you need is provided in a notebook and in pamphlets but everything worked fine. With much time to read, we appreciated that the bookshelf had many interesting titles and a 1000-piece puzzle also provided diversion for me. I want to return to Fort Collins and would stay in this house for the third time!! (Vicki C., August 2020)
Perfect Home in a Great Location
This property is in a safe, quiet and clean neighborhood. Easy walk to Fort Collins restaurants, shops and CSU. Owners are easy to reach and respond quickly. My husband and I stayed here for 3+ weeks and loved it. (Geneice R., July 2020)

Great Christmas in Fort Collins
We have been renting a home for the Christmas holidays in Fort Collins for the past five years and this rental was, by far, the best choice of all! The house was cozy, clean, well appointed and in a great location. Everything worked well, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook those holiday meals. We were able to walk to stores, downtown and even a small nature area. We are looking forward to our return visit in May! (Michele S., December 2019)

Loved it!
Rosemary and Jim's home was the perfect fit for my husband and I to explore the Fort Collins area. Their home was well appointed, comfortable and clean as a whistle. We spent lots of time on the quiet, private back patio and enjoyed a cup of morning Joe on the front deck in the inviting bright yellow Adirondack chairs. The house is located in a quiet section of the Historic Neighborhood which is the perfect location for easy access to the charming restaurants and shops of Old Town, grocery stores and the University campus. Loved our month in this home!
We stayed here for a month this summer and were so comfortable! Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard and we enjoyed having her in a safely contained yard. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any VRBO in which we have stayed. Comfortable furniture, nice T.V., and it was great having the attached garage for our bikes. The bike trails are 3 blocks away and Old Town is about 1.2 miles from the home. Many days we never used our car. Rosemary was so helpful and quick to respond- couldn't ask for a better host owner. We plan to come back next year for another month. We absolutely loved it here! (Lisa B., July 2018)

This home is probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in.
Beautiful, quiet, quaint neighborhood close to CSU. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly. Everything is well organized and there are manuals for how to operate everything with in the house. Lots of upgrades like professional gas stove and Sonos speaker and great tv channels. Hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. They were great to work with. I could go on and on with how great this house is!! (Allison B., August 2018)

Excellent stay!
We stayed at Rosemary and Jim's place for 32 days in May/June. There were just the 2 of us and our small dog and we were perfectly comfortable and quite happy with everything about our stay. We felt the house was larger than it appeared in the pictures (always a pleasant surprise) , nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. The master bed was excellent! There was plenty of everything that we needed, including a very well stocked kitchen with quality everything, which we appreciated as we used it everyday. The library of books and DVD's was also great and we took advantage of many of them. Nice to have a garage -we parked our Kia Sorento and our two bikes in it (altho it was tight). Fenced backyard for our dog, plus nice shade in the afternoon. Even Dave the lawn service guy was great. The location is awesome! Sweet, quiet neighborhood, easy access to bike trails (which were just fantastic, so we used them a ton!) and walking distance (for us) to old town. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone planning a stay in FOCO. (Linda W., June 2019)
