Pricing

In addition to the rental rates shown below we require an $85 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable damage deposit.

For stays of less than 30 nights we collect 10.55% sales tax.

If you will be bringing a pet we require an additional $100 pet fee (non refundable).

Jan 1 – Feb 28          $ 950 per week,   $2650 monthly

Mar 1 – May 5           $1150 per week,    $3100 monthly

May 6 – May 20       $1500 per week,   $3400 monthly

May 21 – Jun 24       $1300 per week,   $3500 monthly

Jun 25 – Aug 31        $1500 per week,   $3750 monthly

Sep 1 – Oct 31            $1300 per week,   $3500 monthly

Nov 1 – Dec 31           $1300 per week,   $3000 monthly
