In addition to the rental rates shown below we require an $100 cleaning fee.

For stays of less than 30 nights we collect 11.05% sales tax.

If you will be bringing a pet we require an additional $100 pet fee (non refundable).

Jan 1 – Feb 29          $ 940 per week,   $2800 monthly

Mar 1 – Apr 30          $1050 per week,    $3000 monthly

May 1 – May 31       $1400 per week,   $3500 monthly

June 1 – Aug 31       $1750 per week,   $3850 monthly

Sep 1 – Sep 30        $1400 per week,   $3500 monthly

Oct 1 – Oct 31            $1225 per week,   $3038 monthly

Nov 1 – Dec 31           $1155 per week,   $3003 monthly
